  • ALL SEATS ARE RESERVED. Advance payment required for ALL performances. All tickets will be held at the box office and can be picked up after 1:00 pm on the day of your scheduled performance date.
  • REFUNDS or EXCHANGES must be made by 6:00 PM on the BUSINESS day BEFORE your scheduled performance date.
  • The Sugarloaf Mountain Amphitheatre is a Pet Free and Smoke Free facility .
  • The possession or use of alcohol, illegal substances, and/or firearms is prohibited at all times.
RAIN POLICY
Tecumseh! averages 3 rainouts per season. Please dress appropriately and come prepared in the event of questionable weather! For your convenience we have established the following as our Rain Policy:

In the event of inclement weather or acts of God, a "rain hold" will be announced. If the performance is officially cancelled, rain checks will be honored for any future available performance as payment toward tickets of equal or lesser value, or as partial payment toward tickets of greater value. NO REFUND. If patrons leave of their own volition and the show continues, no rain check will be given. The show will be performed during a light, continuous rain.

Due to copyright rules and safety concerns, we have established the following as our Camera Policy:

     
  • CAMERAS, VIDEO AND SOUND RECORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE AMPHITHEATRE DURING THE PERFORMANCE.
  • CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS ARE PERMITTED DURING THE BEHIND-THE-SCENES TOUR!
  • PHOTOGRAPHS MAY BE TAKEN OF THE ACTORS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE DRAMA, DURING "MEET AND GREET";.
